Chicken Meal is the number one ingredient and primary protein source in our Premium HEALTHY WEIGHT Bits. But since extra protein can become extra calories, we use less of this ingredient than in our other Bits.
The next thing we did to create our HEALTHY WEIGHT Bits was to add low calorie plant-based ingredients (Potatoes, Alfalfa, and Millet) to the blend of healthy whole grains (Oats, Barley and Rice).
To make sure your dog stays healthy and active, our Premium HEALTHY WEIGHT Bredwell Bits include Taurine (important for heart function), Glucosamine and Chondroitin (to help support healthy joints), and supplements for all the essential micro-minerals and vitamins needed by your dog.
